An Evening of Wine & Words: A Night to Remember

What an incredible night! We are filled with gratitude for the extraordinary support shown at our annual fundraiser, An Evening of Wine & Words. This year, the event raised nearly $193,000, bringing the event total to almost $1.5 million.

To all of our sponsors and performers, everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and supported us — thank you! Your contributions have helped us raise vital funds to continue our mission.

Coming This Fall: Story Sprouts

We are excited to announce the launch of our new program, Story Sprouts, coming this fall!

We can’t wait to welcome our returning families and meet new ones coming out to join us in Story Sprouts. We will be sharing stories, reading books, singing songs, and having loads of fun! Plus, we continue our tradition of free book lending - no late fees, no lost or damaged book charges, and no membership fees.

Registration for all of our programs will open on September 9th, 2024, and the programs will kick off the week of September 30th, 2024.

Join Us for 4th Annual Literacy in the Park

Date: Wednesday, August 14th

Time: 9:30am - 12:00pm

Location: Woodcroft Community, 13915 115 Ave

There will be:

• An interactive story walk with a special guest author

• Mini program session

• Literacy activities

• FREE books

• And more!

Links fore Literacy Charity Golf Tournament 2024

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 21, 2024, and plan to join in on the fun, excitement, prizes, great food and much, much more! This year’s golf tournament will be hosted at Broadmoor Public Golf Course, an 18-hole championship golf course in Sherwood Park.

7:30am - Registration Opens

7:30am - Breakfast on the Go

8:30am - Shot Gun Start

Format: Texas Scramble

1:30pm - Lunch Banquet/Awards
